本书分为上下两篇。上篇从孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期三个阶段入手,给出了每个阶段所需的关键营养餐、膳食安排及一日三餐饮食建议,帮助准妈妈有针对性地补充营养;根据每个阶段的营养要求,推荐营养美味的菜品;针对每个阶段可能会遇到的不适与疾病,给出相应的食疗方法。下篇将月子期划分为四个阶段,每个阶段都根据新妈妈的身体恢复情况给出具体的调养重点、精选菜品及产后不适的对症食疗。
